This Privacy Policy explains how 3DMockups LLC collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Logi®, in compliance with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines §5.1.1 and U.S. laws.

2. Information We Collect
• Data You Provide: Text prompts and images you submit for AI logo/image generation via the OpenAI API.
• Account Information: Email and profile data stored via Firebase Authentication.
• Automatic Data: Device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data collected by Google AdMob SDK for ad personalization.
• 2D-to-3D Conversion: Images processed without retaining additional personal data.

3. How We Use Your Information
• To generate AI‑powered content via OpenAI (Data Processing Addendum applies).
• To store and manage your assets securely in Firebase.
• To display relevant ads to unsubscribed users via AdMob.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
• OpenAI: Processes your data solely for content generation under their Data Processing Addendum.
• Firebase: Acts as our data processor under Google’s privacy terms.
• AdMob: Accesses minimal device data for ad delivery.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
• OpenAI: Retains inputs/outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
• Firebase: Retains your data while your account is active, then per legal requirements.
• Your Rights: You may access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us.

6. Children’s Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted within the app and on our website at least 30 days before taking effect.
